Yoga Retreat at Florence House, East Sussex

September 17-19

The aim of this workshop is to create a unique, nurturing environment, respecting where you are as an individual and combining your own potential with the healing power of yoga and the surrounding landscape. The workshop is open to all, regardless of yoga experience or expertise. All sessions will be taught by Sara and private 20-minute individual consultations are available by prior arrangement.
The venue is set in six acres within an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the South Downs National Park and has views of Seaford Head and Seaford Head Golf Course. The beach is a two-minute walk away. The intention is to make this a ‘retreat’ in the real sense of the word – tuning out the everyday world so that you can experience yourself without distractions and turn your attention to your own health and healing in whatever way is meaningful to you.
Because Florence House stands within its own grounds there is no one to disturb you – our group will have exclusive occupancy. The Centre is renowned for its delicious and creative home cooking and produce is locally sourced where possible or from its own kitchen garden. There are magical places within the gardens and guests are encouraged to take advantage of these areas. The walled garden provides a peaceful place for meditation or inner reflection.
