Wonderful autumn days in a unique, nurturing environment on the edge of the South Downs National Park, tuning out the everyday world to create a true healing retreat. As well as the yoga sessions our group enjoyed delicious home cooking with locally sourced food.

1pm Lunch
2.30-4pm YOGA SESSION 1
A general session, with stretches, warm-ups, basic asanas (physical poses) and simple flow routines.
4pm Help yourself to tea and refreshments, go for a walk, generally acclimatise yourself and relax.
7pm Dinner
8-9pm Individual advice slots
9-10pm YOGA SESSION 2
Restorative poses followed by yoga nidra (yoga for deep sleep)

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such a fabulous few days on your retreat. It was very beneficial and extremely relaxing.
Thank you again for a wonderful experience on your yoga retreat. It was clear that you had put a great deal of thought into the various classes and needs of the clients attending and everyone felt very nurtured. The venue, location and food were particularly successful and we were so fortunate with beautiful weather!

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay at Florence House and most of all your amazing classes. I came away on the last day feeling much relaxed, at peace and feeling a stronger connection with my body.

I enjoyed the few days at the Retreat very much, and found it the ideal length, with the perfect balance of group yoga and private time. The location, facilities and food were wonderful, augmented by the almost miraculous weather.
I had such a great time.
I really enjoy yoga and have been into fast paced yoga however the classes with you have now taught me to take time and care on my positions. You have given me the knowledge to better my poses and I am now going to do a lot more of that so when I do fast paced classes I will look after my body better and gain more out of my yoga time.
I also enjoyed meeting so many new people and hearing about their walks of life (and also realising that we live in a very small world).
I hope to join you on a yoga journey again soon.

I enjoyed and learned so much during the retreat. For me, everything was perfect. The flexible structure let me have freedom to choose what I wanted to do. The food was lovely and the accommodation was superb. The location was perfect too, I love how it was near the sea.
